Shimano xt 4 pot calliper

Morning all
Just fitting new rear pads and had to push caliper pistons back. Now my rear brake lever is solid with no free play. I’m guessing that I need to remove some brake fluid from the system. How is this done.

No tocar presion, ajusta tornillos pinza freno y poco a poco se ajustaran.

I would just ride the bike as normal first. It's happened to me before and after a short period the lever has returned to its usual position.

I had it once, I just repeated the whole process and it helped.

Took your advice and had a good ride out yesterday. And all good now.
