Shimano External 630Wh Battery?

Can anyone shed any light on whether or not Shimano every made a larger capacity battery for their externally mounted batteries? Seem to remember reading about a while back, sort of the same as their 504Wh batteries but just a bit fatter from memory. Just did a search for them and came up empty handed. My battery is starting to feel it's age after 2500km so was thinking down the lines of if I was to buy a second battery the extra capacity would be a bonus.

It might fit as it's the same length as the 504Wh, only taller.

Been trying to find one in Oz and no one seems to sell them anywhere, anyone bought one of them in Australia?

Its a BT-E8016, can find it in the EU but not here
