Shimano Etube cables? 1 and 2 generation.

My new Canyon Spectral:ON has the Shimano Etube serie 7000.

Now I destroyed the cable to the switch unit. The cable is attached to the unit, so I needed to buy a whole new unit instead of just the cable.

I was not aware of a 1 and 2 generation of cables, and bought the SW-EM800-L model, on which I can switch the cable if destroyed. But it obviously uses the new generation of cables.

So the question is if there is a mix cable or another kind of adapter, so I can connect the new Switch to my “old” display?

Yes, there is an inline adapter you can use, but you'll also need a short EW-SD50 cable:

EW-SD50 (shimano.com)

...and a short EW-SD300 cable:

EW-SD300 (shimano.com)

The adapter is part # EW-AD305:
