Shimano E8000 to EP8.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has converted their E8000 bike to an EP8. I have just done mine but haven't ridden it yet due to the terminal cover, bash guard being different. I've also found out new cranks are needed replacing.
I bought a conversion kit from Germany and assumed everything I need would be in the box.
Sadly this is not the case.
So my question is, has anyone successfully converted their bike and how are they getting on?
