Maybe (and a small maybe at that) if they were still making and selling e8000 motors. But now they have stopped, no chance.

How sure are you that the motor is totally knackered? Try these people.

Let us know what you end up doing.

Where did you get the (wrong) information that Shimano are no longer making E8000 motors?
I have a new (one month old) warranty replacement motor fitted to my Eeb right now.

OP. They are still in production but they are not openly available. for retail sale.

Sorry fellas, i probably didn't explain myself correctly, my motor is Ok for now, its got over 2000 miles on it of hard riding though, my warranty has just run out and im convinced the motor won't last another 2000 miles, anyways i was Hoping that someone might know IF Shimano do an out of warranty (i give them my worn out motor and Cash) and they give me a new motor type of thing?, i have looked into having my motor refurbished but it seems the shimano motors are the ones the refurbers don't want to touch :(

And i also know that i can buy a new motor from Germany for 700 Quid ... o_O
