In the last couple of weeks I've started having issues with my e8000 turning on. I hold the button and the display turns on as normal but often it will turn off again after a few seconds. It doesn't matter if I press buttons on the display of the controller or if I start riding.
This only happens when it's first switched on and always within 3-10 seconds of turning on. Usually after turning it back on again it's ok, although it has taken a couple of restarts sometimes to get it going. Once riding it stays on.
Any ideas on what the issue could be and how to fix it? I'm concerned it could get worse.
The only things I've done recently that I can think may affect it is a software update via the mobile app and I pulled out the rear mech cable when fitting and AXS mech. I don't know if the mech cable is routed internally near the motor connections and could have knocked anything. I have a previous generation focus sam2, the one that requires removing the motor to get to the battery.
