I tried searching for a similar issue but not much came up. Today while riding my Decoy in eco low up a pretty good climb the cranks just went into freewheel mode. It made a noise like it was skipping gears. The motor just seemed to completely disengage from the cranks. There was no resistance at all. I shut the motor off, turned it back on, and still nothing. I was a good 4 miles from home thinking this is going to be a fun walk. I then tried switching it into trail mode. That actually got the motor to engage again. Starting climbing and the same thing happened again. At that point I decided to not press my luck and headed back down. There were no error codes at all. Anyone ever experience this issue? It was a warm day, could it have got too hot?

Not that it really matters with the Decoy but it is a 2019. It has about 800 miles.

I might take it out early tomorrow and see if it occurs again.

Thanks in advance for the help.
