The default is six zeros (or maybe 8??) unless you've changed it.

Contact the seller. He should have it. Otherwise it will be a trip to a shimano dealer to reset it.

try 654321
When the shimano "e-tube" app updated, it reset my password from 000000.
I read someone else had the same problem, used 654321 with success. And it worked for me as well.
