Shimano brake fittings ??

Hi folks just wondering if the fittings where the hose goes into the lever/caliper are the same, for example will I be able just to swap xt levers and calipers for xtr or Saint without removing the rear brake hose ,

At the lever, yes. But not always at the caliper.
