Shimano Battery Charger Died?

Hello Shimano-ers,

Has anyone had their Shimano battery charger die? I have the big brick like charger, I believe it is a (Shimano Steps EC-E600). I have two batteries and it won't charger either, I have changed the plug fuse and tried different wall sockets, but still nothing. Anyone else experienced bricking of the brick? I have emailed Commencal explaining this, I think it is over two years since I received my bike, so will see what happens here.

check the contacts, have a closer look, check for dirt or something on the connectors.
Does the yellow LED come up?
