did anybody else got the same issue; the serial number on my battery (white label, under bar code) doesn't match the serial number in Mission control?
Everybody else seems to have matching numbers, just mine don't. Enclosed please find the pictures.
My dealer's explanation was that there is no serial number on the battery only part number and that the only serial number is in the mission control. Which is not true by my opinion. Also if you check the internet (f.e. ebay adds), all the batteries have clearly marked serial number which is matching to serial number in mission control.
Any idea what to do? I would like to sell the battery, but nobody believes me that the data are for the same battery.
