For Christmas the wife bought me two bike helmets! One for me and one for her.

now I think bike helmets are a very personal thing and I wouldn’t expect her to buy me something like that, but they have a two way communication system in them that allows you to talk to each other for up to half a km away.

They work surprisingly well.

it also saves me having to shout as loud as I can when she takes yet another wrong turn ?

I saw they had bought out some bike helmets, I am not one for having music or wanting to answer calls on my MTB, but I can see would be good for longer trekking rides or with groups. I know a guide/instructor in the Surrey Hills who has one of these, which works well if it doesn't interfere with your helmet retention at the back
