Levo Gen 3 Seal near crank arm

Hi, today I noticed that the seal near the crank arm on drive side looks weird. Does anyone knows if this requires immediate visit to the bike shop or not?

Looks like the rubber has popped out of the metal retainer. Probably have to remove some parts to get a better look but I would guess the seal has to be replaced or water is going to get in.
