Scott Lumen replacement TQ motor

I’m getting a new motor for my 2024 Lumen 900. It had the dreaded Predator noise. I’m doing the replacement myself (qualified bike mechanic). It appears pretty straightforward just need to make sure the motor compensation screws are adjusted correctly. But I can find nothing on the Scott Sports website regarding any reconfiguration that needs to be done to ensure the new motor is sync’d with the bike (wheel circumstance and the like). I know this has to be done with replacement Fazua Ride 50 motors so am assuming something similar needs done with a TQ replacement.
Has anyone any advice on this. Or better still a link to the Scott Lumen dealers manual.

I have the tq dealer service software and there is no configuration option for wheelsize, the only config options are for whether the system should reserve battery capacity to run lights and things like that. I presume if you're getting a new motor under warranty it's going to come pre programmed for the bike it's going into.

Thanks for that advice. TQ know the bike it’s going into (Scott Lumen) so hopefully it will be pre programmed.

According to the TQ service manual page 16 you need to connect the motor to the TQ dealer service tool after installation and download the correct motor firmware (see screenshot below).

The TQ service manual is here: https://www.tq-ebike.com/fileadmin/...Manual/DRVE_Servicemanuals_EN_Rev0300_Web.pdf

In answering a question about mullet setup TQ says „To make sure that TQ-powered bikes are compliant with the allowed maximal speed, the software is set for each bike’s “factory setting” wheel size and cannot be modified. We are aware that this is not an ideal situation for the smaller rear wheel lovers. But, for example, by changing the rear wheel from 29 x 2.35“ to 27.5 x 2.6”, the cut-off speed will only vary by less than 1 km/h or 0.6 mph, which we find as an acceptable trade-off.“
