Hi 
I have just received my Orbea Urrun 30 from the bike store, unfortunately upon delivery I discovered the screen of the sc-e5003 was smashed (these things happen) spoke to the shop and eventually they’ve sent a replacement screen unit, being an sc-en500, however it doesn’t power up at all and shows no signs of life. This is connected to a shimano ep8 rs motor.
I’ve emailed the bike shop to let them know, but they’ve been slow to respond when the previous issue arose, so I’m keen to try and get an insight into the issue myself in case they try and fob me off
Is there a compatibility issue between these two units which is causing it not to work, or is it more likely the new unit they’ve sent is faulty?
