Sabvaton controller

Hi I have a 150amp sabvaton controller and used it to test a friend's bike but when I refitted it to my bike its saying error code 30.any ideas on how to clear this .I went on the app and its saying no error codes .so I reloaded the app and because I reset it ,its cleared all my settings and when I ty to input new one's it puts them in the they dissappear 5 seconds later .I know my bike is fine
Any help would be welcome
