Levo Gen 3 S-Works Frameset Incomplete Delivery?

Hey guys,

Today I received my Sworks frameset but I believe the package is not complete:
- there is no charger in the box
- charging plug cover is missing?
- no manual in the box
- when I press power button on the frameset nothing happens. Does this mean that battery is completely uncharged?

Could someone advice what should be delivered with the frame? Somehow I couldn't find explicit information on Specialized webpage

Somehow my excitement from building the bike is completely gone...

You should have all the things that you’re missing, my wife’s frame got here today and has everything. The charger was in a separate box inside the box with the manual etc. The bike turned on and the battery was fully charged, the bike shop has to load the software so I’m guessing they fully charged it at the same time. I’d be calling whoever you ordered it from ASAP to find out what’s going on. Maybe they sent you a display model or something…still should have had all the parts though.

Thanks for the answer. Calling the shop will be my first thing to do tomorrow. By further googling I believe the issue is that the battery for Levo Gen 2 is installed instead of Gen 3. I think somebody messed up something in the shop.
