rubbers coming off!

Anyone out there with cube reaction and finding the the rubber covers hiding the motor mounting bolts fall off easily? Also finding that the rubber cover over the battery charging port won't drive home and comes loose and flaps around? any solutions other than gaffer tape or mastic sealant around the perimeter?
