RSX 160 won’t power up

My RSX 160 with Purion 200 turns off immediately after turning on. I get the Bosch Purion 200 screen then it turns off. Has anyone had this or any suggestions.

The Purion 200 is the controller and its internal battery should be charged by the main bike battery once the system is switched on. If it is switching on then immediately switching off it means one of 2 things. Either its internal battery is flat ( you charge that battery with a USB C cable at 600Ma e.g laptop USB connection) or it fails to switch the main battery on.......e.g poor connection/disconnection of the cable from the Purion 200 to the battery. Check the connection of the cable to the Purion is correctly pushed in. If you also have a Kiox that cable goes to the Kiox and then another cable from the Kiox to the battery.............check those connections.

Hi Mike I charged the battery with the USB connection. I didn’t know you could do that as I thought it was just for the diagnostics. I also checked the wiring into that and looked in the battery tube but that seemed ok. I had to slide the battery in a couple of times to get it to lock in but it now works ok. Thanks for your advice.
