I have had my Rise M10 since the end of February and have clocked up 2,617km and over 90,000m of climbing. After about 6 months I noticed the back end was loose i.e. if I held the seat post there was quite a bit of lateral movement on the back wheel. I took it to my dealer and they changed the main pivot bearings and all was good for 2 months then the play crept in again so they replaced the main pivot bearings again and a couple of others. After few more months same thing so I ordered all the bearings and last week they changed them all out. Back end felt solid but after just 4 hours riding it has slop again. There is nothing wrong with the rear hub on the RF Turbine R wheel.
My non e-bike is a Canyon Spectral and the back end is rock solid on it, 3yrs old and never needed a bearing.
Has anyone else had this issue? I am getting fed up with it as it seems like a design flaw maybe?
