Rides not syncing

I’ve noticed these last few days that when I ride my Levo once I’ve stopped and checked my ride on mission control it hasn’t recorded even though I have set auto start. I used to just turn on the bike and leave my phone in my bag. It will obviously work if I open the app and press keys ride but I thought the point of auto start was you don’t need to do that. Is anyone else having the same issue

Yes auto start does not work for me...but neither does the record my ride function either. It only records an initial segment

Auto function on mine collects data but doesn’t map the ride.
