RideControl to Strava

Hi - I use both RideControl and Strava to log my rides on iphone. The Strava upload failed and I seem to have lost my ride. Is it possible to transfer the ride info from the Giant RideControl app to the Strava one?

Yes, assuming you also recorded your ride with Ride Control.
Just open up the ride then click the "Share" icon and select "Sync to Strava".
I do this all the time because I find Strava often fails to record.

I thought I read somewhere that Strava was shutting down 3rd party app access for the free version.
