Need a little help here.
I have a Giant Explore E+2 GTS 2020 and had decided to change the ride control charge for the Evo. When I plug the Evo in I get a sync drive error and I have no power, bike need servicing. When I plug back in the ride control charge it's fine. I called Giant and they asked me to bring the bike in as it may need a software update or it may be incompatible.
Has anyone had this issue.
