Hi
I'm a newbie, both to this forum and emtbs. I bought a 2 year old Jorvik JMT7 trike and I absolutely love(d) it for the first year. Unfortunately for me the motor (Bafang mid motor 250w M500) and display no longer operate.. At first I got the black screen and no power, but after a few minutes I could start again, but now there's nothing. I've been to my local e-bike shop who 'checked' the battery and think it's ok. Jorvik think it might be the controller, but won't go further because I bought it second hand. I've contacted numerous Bafang repair 'specialists' but apart from advising me that it's probably the controller, none of them really want to know. I'm pretty handy and am happy to get stuck in myself, but I'm running blind. Can anybody offer a way forward because I use this as my cargo bike and I'm losing money every day it's off the road. I'm based in Cheltenham. Thx
