Removing stubborn crank arm.

I need to remove one of my Shimano cranks. It has the two bolts that make it pinch against the spindle. It is on an e-bike with the Shimano STEPS system, so I am a little concerned about prying the arm out from the frame. I'm not sure if that lateral torque will damage the STEPS assembly. So, I'm looking for any tips.

Ahhh, I didn't realize I had to push up the clip and remove the Hollowtech II nut as well.
