Rebuild for POS Command Post IRcc?

Hi, I have a 3 month old 2020 Levo Expert. The seatpost has been poor since the beginning. Bad Stiction being the main culprit.

I cant find any current rebuild info - only for older posts.

Does anyone know where to find, or is this a warranty issue and just take it back?

Wish Specialized would stick to what they do well, and leave these parts to other companies
