Rear shock upgrade E150s

Hi all, need to swap mine out as it's leaking air and have never been fully happy with the set up.
I'm considering going for a coil shock. I'm 90KG with kit.
Any tips/suggestions?

sorry have just carried out a search which is what I should have done before posting!
Seems like a few have gone this route and there is plenty of info already on here.
