Rear der service?

Is there any tinkering to be done with the clutch on shmomo rear deralier.
Mine seems really stiff and shifting is stiff as f

It's a few month ago now, but it was only when I removed the cover that I discovered that what I thought was a grease nipple was just an access cover. I had wondered why a clutch needed grease though and fortunately never used it.
