Portsmouth (UK) looking for stolen bike owner. Copy from Facebook post...
"While on patrol last night, we came across this bicycle which we believe to have been stolen.
The bicycle, a black and red Merida E One Twenty, has been taken to our Eastern Police Investigation Centre for safe keeping.
Currently, despite a review of our system, we have not been able to match the bicycle to any reports of thefts.
