Planing to route a di2 cable inside my handbars

A question for the more engineering type would two small 4mm holes drilled through my carbon bar weaken the strength way ?
The holes would be one by the stem and one by the grip

No chance I would risk drilling a hole in any bar, particularly carbon. Consequences of a break are just too high.
I think you can buy some bars that are pre-built for routing DI2 style cables though?

A carbon fibre repairer would be able to add bracing around the holes. Ask Dangerholm.
