Has anyone installed the Planet3 mechanical eBike derestriction device? Does it work? Do you like it?

A friend of mine bought the Planet3 at (#1 Premium EMTB accessories store) for his Giant Trance, the install was easy and simple, runs with no problems whatsoever, the bike doesn't reach the told 47mph but runs smoothly at 32mph have been using it for around 2,5 weeks now.

Works like a charm on the Levo 2020. Now two years old. The plastic is cracking and the magnet seem to have lost its power. So doesn't last more than that. What does?

Been using one for on 2020 kenevo for 2yrs , used 2 magnets at opposite sides for 1 1/2 x 16 = 24mph, which is about right but now use 1 magnet 3x16 =48 . Never will need or want to go that fast but less bits means less to go wrong
I bought a few spare magnets but haven’t needed to replace them yet , great product !

Been runing one on kenevo for a year now. Ridden in mud and dirt. No issues so far.
