Planet X / Jobsworth torque wrench

So I’ve bought a Jobsworth torque wrench from Planet X

Anyone know how to set the correct torque ?

I think I’ve set this to 4Nm, is this correct ?

Similar looking mechanism to my ProTools one, with the graduated collar.
Looks right 4Nm to me.

Always back it off, to its lowest setting after use, it supposedly retains the calibration better ?‍

Bike ? I thought it was to remove the passenger seat of your new X1
