Eventually we may Airbnb or hip-camp the whole compound with a haunted forest emtb hot yoga twist. Right now the trails are 3 miles of private bushwacking grade, unhaunted, so I need to work on that, but hot yoga in the tent after a ride is working.

Well damn… now that you mention it. I guess I have to start from scratch. You don't think the s-works label sit's slightly too far up the frame ??????
It's a decent route, I live by the southern end of it & have done it a few times. Nothing to set the pulse racing but a very pleasant way to knock in a few miles nevertheless, spesh if you stop by The Bax Castle near Christ's Hospital for a pint.Nice ride down to the seaside today - 40.7 miles in 3 hrs with 40% remaining on the Levo SL battery & range extender. Shame there wasn't quite enough to ride home so had to take the train back The Downs Link from just south of Guildford to Shoreham is worth a go - not too many mountains but plenty of bike
