Mudhuggers large rear and the frx front. Am impressed with them so far. The rear is less aesthetically pleasing but have to say it grows on me every day.

It looks rather odd, but I can see it would be effective. Perhaps put a “flaming sticker” on it, looking like you are burning tyres... but then you might have tree-huggers chasing you with pitchforks

I vowed I would never buy one as I thought they looked horrible. Tried all sorts of other things and then gave in and bought one. It's been outstanding ! Also, for some reason, you just don't notice it after a while.

You should come ride around here. Not a single trail has a sign, arrow, marker. You only find them if you know where they are, and you only access them assuming some idiot like me has bothered to go and keep them clear.

I invested about 60 hours maintaining / clearing a 6km trail near here where I live over April May. Untill someone caught me and told me they would call the police if they caught me again as it is in a nature reserve, and should be a walking path, and not for mountainbikes. I hate living in Germany sometimes. You would think people would be happy that the trail was not getting overgrown.

I wasn't clearing anything new, just trying to clear where it was too narrow or low to get through.
Not a very interesting vidio, but you can get an idea of the type of trail.

Nice trail ! You were going bloody fast at the start - it was like it was speeded up ! :)

I went out the week before out "lockdown" was over to clear some trails. My theory being that the world would arrive and everyone would fall off and end up in hospital as they were. They're all in my "back garden" so I walked to them all. Had just finished leaf blowing one trail and stumbled across one of the national forest guys doing a survey. Told him what I was doing and that yes, it's a not allowed mountain bike track where it is, but it's really good and he was totally fine about it. We then went and inspected the largest any hill he knows of anywhere and chatted about the forest. Very nice chap.

it certainly does the job, and when you are riding it is out of sight ?

Tisk Tisk Tisk, how dear are you riding out the grass and leaves off the path. Now the poachers cannot conceal their traps!

PS. great video!

When not creating new trail or maintaining existing trail, I ride, just ride. 20 miles and close to 4000 feet of climbing this am on a combination of hiking trails and mtb trails. Mostly trail and boost mode. The climbs are wicked. Some not possible on acoustic bikes. Love that.

Nice!! I often ride out there on the HT. either to Greenhithe or the O2 ??

First time there, but really enjoyed it. Did a 50m loop from Greenwich down to petts Wood to foots cray and out to Crayford. Then all along the river back. Were some decent trails in the foots cray area for being London at least haha.
