Performance CX (gen 4) startup noise

Hi all!

I got new Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 2021 with Bosch Performance CX (gen 4).

After first ride (only 3 kilometers) motor started to make noise when I turn it on. Noise is like low buzz and it lasts about 1 second after pressing ON-button. What could it be and is it normal?

Mine does exactly the same on initial start up. I’ve never had any problems and it’s been at the LBS for a software update, no report of any issues, etc ?

I asked this same question at the local forum and there were few similar cases. No other issues.

2 years warranty, so...I think that I will drive hard and contact service if any problems occur.

Same here. It's the internal startup checks of the engine.
