Pembrokeshire Riding?

I'm heading to Solva for a week on Friday for a family holiday. I'll be taking the bike and creeping off for a few rides. I intend to head to Brechfa to do the two trails i've seen there but that's a bit of a drive from where i'm staying so will only go the once.

Are there any decent rides / places to ride down Solva / St David's way nearer the coast? I've looked and it mainly appears to be the coastal path which obv's is going to be an issue on the bike with walkers etc.

Thanks....

If you're doing Brecfa then a visit to Cwm Rhaeadr is a must. It doesn't look much on paper, only really short but some of the sweetest flow trails I have ever ridden. (y)
