Orbea Rise M20 water bottle mount free play

Hi!

I just got a Rise M20, and I'm wondering if anyone can answer a question about the water bottle mount please. The mounting bracket is quite loose. I made sure the central bolt is tight, but it really doesn't make any difference. So the bottle cage has a small amount of free play/movement. I solved the problem by using a couple of plastic washers between the bottle cage and frame (so that there's tension between the cage and frame), but I'm wondering if they're all like this?

For anyone with the same issue, I discussed this with an Orbea dealer nearby, and they had another person with the same issue in the last few weeks. They spoke to Orbea about it, and Orbea was prepared to warranty the bottle cage bracket for the other person, so it seems they think something is wrong with the bracket.

Orbea won't cover the cost of labor to change the part, and my local dealer says typically the shop that you buy the bike from would do it free of charge. However, the other person and I both got our bikes from Jenson USA, which is primarily an online dealer. So, I'm going to live with this for now (local dealer would charge over $200 for labor), but I have ordered a replacement part for $22, and at some point I'll change it out myself. My guess, considering two of us have this issue and we got the bikes from the same place, is that there's probably a batch of bikes that have this issue.
