Orbea Rise M20 faulty EP8

Hello everyone .
My Orbea Rise M20 developed fault E01022 ,motor cuts out and two red LED flash on the display.
From what I read on different forums I suspect fault in the motor .Bike is one year old with 2600 km on the ODO
Did someone of forum members experienced similar problem on their EP8 motors ?

Do you get 2 years warranty? Have you spoken to the retailer?

There is still one year warranty left , I'm in the process of warranty claim. But I didn,t expect Shimano to be so unreliable .

under warranty they will swap the motor.
If it happens after warranty get ready to have to buy a new motor or throw the frame out with the trash.
The Shimano way.
