Bought an Orbea Wild m11 back in September this year. The dropper never worked, either slow or would auto eject.
I figured the cable tension was wrong, and because I have to remove the motor to adjust the outer cable, I though of being lazy and buy a wirless dropper to avoid any faff.
I bought a KS Lel Circuit, but thats another, very sad story. Hint: Worst piece of garbage I ever owned; Mini review here;
So I had the OC mc21 dropper for a few weeks. Took it out and put in the KS Lel Circuit which lasted for 10-11 weeks. After this, i delivered my bike to a bike shop, had motor and battery removed and then he figured the dropper was always actuated, WITHOUT cable being attached, so no cable tension issues. So wasted another 60 USD there.
Most likely a warranty case.
Not been lucky with my droppers as of late.

Anyone think there's something I can do myself here, or just deliver it back?
Also... Why ship a Large size enduro bike with 170mm of drop? I can use 210+mm myself, surely 170mm would be small for most Large size riders?Video of broken dropper
