Hi all iam new to mtb and iam looking at the lappiare overvolt 927 I as my first bike don't know alot about the brand but the spec seems really good ? Any advise ect would be great cheers

I've had a 927 for 18 months and it's been great There are probably some good deals out there on them now if you can find one.

A few people on the forums have had a problem with the frame cracking at the bottom of the seat tube: Lapierre Overvolt - Frame Cracking - EMTB Forums

Only problem for me has been the battery lock getting sticky (spraying with some lube every so often fixes this). And I had the headset bearings replaced as it was continually varying between loose and stiff (been fine since).

Don't do it, I had 3 and problems and issues with all of them. They may look nice but quality is suspect.
