Old mtber, new e-mtber!

Hi, I’m 47 and it’s been a long time since I started mountain biking in Scotland in my late teens. Life and a family have led to a long break and a serious loss of fitness. I’ve just bought a Specialized Turbo Levo and I’m looking forward to improving my fitness, having fun and keeping up with my husband again!! ?

Hi Gary, no I didn’t, but I did ride in the KPs and around Mugdock which are/were haunts of theirs!

Yeah, me too. I mainly rode with those guys on Wednesday evening rides but did my own thing at the weekends with other mates. (DH or racing)
Probably a good chance we might know a few of the same folk from back then though.
Levo should be ace for Mugdock, KP/whangie, Lennox etc. The best thing about emtb's is they pretty much remove all of the dull parts from most rides.
I'm out East now but there are a few riders from your general area on here.
hopefully they'll be a long to say hi soon.
