Old MTB rider new emtb rider

Just got my new Cube. Live in Boise but down in South Lake Tahoe for the week.
Seems to be very few options for e bikers. Anyone have any ideas? What is the general vibe towards e mtbs around the area. Willing to drive a little ways to a good trail head. Thanks Rob
