Ohlins Spring Rates

Hello,
I'm sure this has been done to death within other coil shock threads but this is a specific question: can anybody running the Ohlins TTX22M shock advise their weight and spring rate? I'm currently experimenting with a 548 and 571 for my weight of 12st (168lbs, 76kg) stood in all my glory. Stick a bit on top for riding gear. 571 seems to yield 30% sag but feels a little stiff, 548 sits a bit deep. Just wondering what other people had opted for.
As easy as swapping springs is, it's still a bit of a faff.

Watching with interest as it seems wildly different from the ohlins chart & I haven't seen a definite answer.
For reference my kenevo v1 came with a 650lb spring that only sags to 22%. Ive ordering a 600lb. This is at 100kg or so.
The spesh spring chart would have me on a 571
