Kenevo Gen1 Ohlins spring rate

Hi, I have a kenevo expert 2019, with the ohlins TTX shock. The spring is currently 502lbs. I weigh about 90kg. Does anybody know of this spring rate is about right for me? If not, where best to purchase a different one?
I’ve had a quick look, and just after a bit of advice as to the best rate, and stroke this shock has, is it 57mm or 63mm?

63mm I'm 185 and use a 502 spring When you set the sag it should be 19 mm push the bumper up to the top and measure

Thanks mate.. i thought it was 63mm stroke too. The spec online says it’s 57mm stroke.

il have a look at slightly heavier springs. Do you have any recommendations where to get one from in uk?

Here... and yes it has 63 stroke
