Initially inspired by our very own Rob Rides in his review of the Bluetti AC200P, I have made three short videos explaining how I used a portable Bluetti power station, the cheaper EB150, together with a bargain-basement 250W Kings solar panel, to keep my eMTB charged up while camping away from mains power.
This has been a complete game -changer for my eMTB trips. A lot of my riding friends have been asking about it, especially ones thinking of buying a second bike battery (which might well cost more), so I thought I'd make a blog post which links to three short videos in case anyone is thinking of getting free from the power point. I'm close to the point of having paid off the $1500 outlay already, as I don't need to stay in powered campsites, on-mountain accommodation or motels.
I'm not sponsored by any of these products. Hopefully it might help someone!
