Not switching off ??

Second time out on a brand new Liv intrigue +1 today and seems the it won't switch off ? Lights on the controller staying on, removed battery and then replaced yet still the same.

Anyone had this, anyone know how to sort this ??

Everytime I have seen this was because of water ingress. Did you wash your bike recently? Make sure to clean battery compartment very well :_)

It has happened at the end of a ride, no washing or water ingress.

Can you try cleaning the battery and connector pins? Looks like a bad contact... Otherwise... I don't know how to help. Good Luck!

At this point I should add, it's not my bike, it has happened to someone I know, she did have a tip over late in the ride, however she is saying it didn't get wet in her off.

I've had this problem a number of times on my 2019 Trance. Usually any sign of water and it happens. There is a connector that when any moisture gets in constantly powers up the bike. I usually put a a fan heater near the motor with the battery out for a few hours and this cures the problem.
