anyone else had this?
I have a Canyon strive with bosch smart sytem. it came with the alarm system.
normally when transporting, we need to swich it to transport mode.
Yesterday, I forgot to turn on transport mode ,while driving to the woods. I received several messages that my bicycle had been moved, which i ignored because i didn't want to stop to turn on my bike.
in the past, after connecting with my mobile phone, it was ok. But the time it did not work. I even remove the battery to try to solve it, without succes. in the end i went back home. frustrated not being able to ride my bike.
After a night of rest, it's behaves normal.
@bosch if you are reading this, please make the transport mode more accessable in the app and enable to change while the bike is transported. (so we don't need to stop and get out of the car to turn the allarm off) a lot of us drive with car to the woods.
