Noob with a Norco Range VLT issue

Hey everyone! This site has a ton of ads…too many. Regardless just wondering if anyone else is having issues with powering up there VLT bike from Norco? My bikes connection is finicky. It sounds like Norco is aware and it is a Norco problem not Shimano. I’m thinking of making some noise about it as I’m not happy. The bike mechanics seem to know about it.

If Sram had an AXS version of ad-blocker then I’d use it. I like fewer wires and cables so until it hits the shelves at the LBS… I’ll just subscribe.
No Norco here but the Trek Rail had some battery connection issues.
