I don't want to go into much detail so others don't take advantage, but rest assured if you ever buy NEWMEN products the 3 year warranty is superb and the customer service (based in Germany) is second to nothing else I've experienced.
Just wanted to give them a huge shoutout and reassure anyone who is looking at a bike with these hubs/rims/wheels who may not know much about the company as they are relatively new.
Highly, highly recommended.
