Hi all, I’ve been riding for to many years to remember, located in the south of England. Ebike is now my weapon of choice, Mondraker Dusk R. As a tall guy (6.4) the zero geometry really helps. Up until recently the bike was awesome, a few comp changes like rims and decent 4 pot front break but essentially an awesome bit of kit. However a week ago it cut our, managed to restart it but on the next ride it cut our and won’t restart. I put it into the local bike tech at Blackoutcycles who came back saying the warranty was void… yes ST Unlocker. Anyway I’ve read lots of posts about this issue, non give an answer. Does anyone have experience of the motor cutting out? I’ve tried contact cleaner on all cables, ensured they are well seated. The only error message was E20 which points to an electrical connection issue. Any help would be appreciated.
